Andrea founded NCP Law after 15 years of experience as both an associate and partner at an AM Law 200 Phoenix firm and as a partner at a small boutique firm. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney practicing in the areas of White Collar Crime/Criminal Defense, Commercial Litigation, Government, and Internal Investigations. Andrea is skilled in all aspects of litigation, including law and motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate practice.
In the commercial litigation context, Andrea represents businesses and corporations in numerous business disputes and assists clients in obtaining injunctive relief. Andrea has over fifteen years of experience in all aspects of litigation, including law and motion practice, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appellate practice. As a trial attorney, Andrea has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in state and federal court.
Andrea also works to defend individuals and corporations in white collar and criminal offenses in both Federal and State courts. Andrea has defended juveniles, individuals, and corporations charged with numerous misdemeanor and felony offenses including: Computer Tampering; Fraud; Telemarketing offenses; Drug Offenses; Aggravated Assault; Homicide; Domestic Violence Offenses; Vehicular Offenses (including DUIs); and property crimes. Recently, Andrea has also assisted individuals in early release from the Bureau of Prisons pursuant the CARES Act. Andrea understands that being charged with a criminal offense often has collateral consequences for her clients, and she assists her clients with reporting obligations to various regulatory agencies, licensing divisions and professional Boards. Andrea has also conducted internal investigations on behalf of businesses that are investigation alleged misconduct within a company. Andrea has worked on government investigations involving allegations of fraud, SEC violations, environmental violations, immigration violations, violations of the Defense Production Act, and criminal misconduct. Additionally, Andrea has representation numbers collegiate students with regard to allegations of Code of Conduct ,Title IX violations and NCAA violations.
Further, Andrea has significant experience representing individuals and businesses who are victims of state and federal criminal offenses. In this capacity, Andrea regularly interfaces with law enforcement and the government, and she has assisted crime victims in preparing for and testifying in Court.
In addition to her legal work, Andrea is also very involved in the Phoenix community. Andrea currently serves as the Immediate Past Board Chair for the Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish Arizona, and she is the past President of the School Advisory Board at St. Francis Xavier School. Andrea is a member of the National Charity League of Central Phoenix, and she and her 9th-grade daughter engage in numerous volunteer opportunities to serve the less fortunate. Andrea is also a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association member, and she regularly takes on pro bono work through the Volunteer Lawyer’s Program. Andrea was a recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal‘s “40 Under 40” Award in 2017.
Given her areas of expertise, Andrea’s clients often come to her because they are dealing with a very difficult and stressful legal issue. Andrea works diligently and methodically to resolve each case in the best possible way for her clients, while always remaining present and available for her clients whenever needed.

Mike has over 18 years of experience in the areas of construction law, alcohol beverage law, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining NCP Law, Mike chaired the Construction & Real Estate Litigation Practice Group of an AMLAW 100 law firm with 10 offices in 6 states and the District of Columbia. Mike counsels contractors and owners on all manner of residential and commercial construction-related disputes, and he has litigated all types of claims involving projects of all sizes—from small residential remodels, to master planned communities with hundreds of home sites, to multi-million dollar commercial projects (both private and public). Mike routinely negotiates construction contracts for his clients and represents licensees in disciplinary hearings before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Mike previously served as outside National Beverage Counsel to the second-largest brewer in the United States for almost nine years. As a result of this experience, Mike has a deep, substantive understanding of the complicated regulatory framework that industry members must navigate on a local, state-by-state, and federal level. Mike partners with licensees to solve alcohol beverage licensing and trade practice-related issues, at every regulatory level, all over the country. He has also defended licensees in disciplinary hearings before the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (among other regulatory agencies). Mike also represents individuals and corporate clients in complex business, contract, and real estate disputes. Mike routinely practices in state and federal court in multiple jurisdictions. As a seasoned legal practitioner with over 18 years of experience in construction law, alcohol beverage law, and commercial litigation, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to NCP Lawyers. Mike leverages his previous experience with an AM Law 100 firm and continues to practice high-level law at our boutique firm allowing for a more personalize and flexible practice.

Jessica has over 10 years of experience in commercial law, serving both in-house and as outside counsel for businesses of all sizes. She has been corporate counsel for a large corporation, Associate General Counsel for a VC-backed e-commerce start-up, and has extensive experience in private practice, focusing on M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, and various business agreements. Jessica also brings expertise in board management, IP portfolio management, employee securities, and risk management.
As a corporate generalist, Jessica acts as a one-stop shop for clients, advising on matters like employment, advertising, dispute resolution, and product development. She has experience across many industries, with a niche focus on the fast-paced cannabis sector, and has supported clients ranging from sole proprietorships to large corporations.
Jessica strives to find compliant and creative ways to help her clients achieve their goals while maintaining budgets. She tailors her advice to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a balance between innovation and risk management. Jessica is excited to rejoin her former colleagues at NCP Law, bringing a collaborative, business-minded perspective.
Jessica is also active in her community, having served as a founding board member of the Associate Board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Arizona and now supporting Hushabye Nursery, which provides care to infants suffering from Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her son, Hendrix, and her husband, Tom. She can often be found practicing yoga, traveling, or experiencing live music, always seeking new perspectives and experiences to enrich her personal and professional life.
